Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Standard ground shipping is free for orders over $125, so every Pivot ships free.
We offer free returns. Items must be returned within 30 days of order processing for US orders.
Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and undeniably still beautiful. An order number or receipt is needed to complete a return. Items that are clearly dirty, stained, smelly, covered in pet hair, washed, and/or have obviously been used do not fall under this return policy.
All international and US territory sales are final and we cannot accept returns from those locations. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Please email help@andiemup.com with your order number to get your return started.
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any adjustments. If the address is incorrect, please email help@andiemup.com and we will do our very best to get it updated; however, there isn't a guarantee we'll catch the shipment in time.
We ship from a fulfillment center in Pasaic, New Jersey. We ship Monday-Friday.
Once your return has been delivered to us, it typically takes 1-7 days (and up to 14 days during busier times) for your refund or store credit to be processed and sent to you. If you opted for store credit, a gift card code will be sent to you via email. If you opted for a refund back to the original payment method, it can take up to 10 business days for those funds to show in your account once the refund has been processed on our end.
We ship to many international locations in America, Europe, and Asia. International shipments ship once a week and may take up to 6 business days to ship.

The Pivot 1.0
Common questions about our shoe
The Pivot 1.0 fits true to size and was designed to be consistent with Nike basketball sizing.
One difference: a wider toe box that allows your toes to spread and helps you balance. No more mashed up toes or bunions!
- Andiem’s Flex-Lock system prevents foot-slip and connects you (comfortably) to the bottom and heel of the shoe. If you typically size up to avoid bruised toes, you likely won’t need to here.
- If you normally size up to accommodate a brace, consider going with your normal, non-brace size if you plan to rock The Pivot without a brace. The shoe is designed to replace braces and provide protection without dramatically restricting your range of motion.
- If you’re planning to wear a brace, you may want to stick with your normal brace-accommodating size.
All sizes listed on our site are USA Men's sizes. For UK, EU, and USA Women's we follow the NIke size chart.
We source and manufacture The Pivot 1.0 and Performance Insole in Vietnam.
Other apparel and accessories are produced from a variety of locations, including, but not limited to, The USA, Vietnam, India and China.
Performance
Common questions about how our shoe technology works
Our Medical Advisors explain things here.
- The Flex Lock System prevents foot slip with next level lockdown. Many sprains originate or worsen when the foot slips within the shoe and slides into the lateral side wall. We believe that when your foot slips, you lose your connection to the shoe and makes it harder for your body to recover. Flex Lock is designed to limit that.
- The Balancing Outriggers of the ReAxon bottom create additional lateral stability and impede lateral inversions. They provide reinforcement where a standard sneaker’s cliff-like side wall is a recipe for sprains. The outriggers are also designed to stabilize the foot when landing on an opposing player’s foot or other uneven surface. They should come into contact with the ground first, preventing inversion from occuring.
Better together: both features are independently valuable, but working together they take performance to a new level.
Basketball is an inherently dangerous sport, and it’s probably impossible to remove all risk, but here’s the pivot saving an ankle in one of basketball’s most dangerous moments.
The Pivot is designed to be protected and free. That freedom is intended to increase mobility relative to a brace or tape, while reducing the muscle atrophy caused by brace and tape dependency.
We specifically designed our insole to improve performance and comfort.
- The deep heel cup combines seamlessly with The Pivot’s internal and external heel counters, to give you enhanced control and comfort.
- The heel crash pad is made from Poron and provides extra cushion where you need it most and customers have reported that it has helped alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis.
- The forefoot bounce pad is a high-density energy return PU foam to improve responsiveness and keep you fast on your toes.
- The semi-rigid shank improves stability, control, and gives every kind of arch much needed support.
- A breathable base, memory foam layer, and anti-blister surface enhance comfort and form a custom fit over time.
Whether you’re already wearing aftermarket insoles or you’ve only worn shoes straight out of the box, we encourage you to try our insole. If you have a prescription orthotic you’re already comfortable with, we get it, but please give the Pivot's insole to a friend who’s never tried one!
Yes! Our performance insoles are included with every pair of Pivots. As a sneaker company, we care about feet! The standard insoles included with most sneakers don’t cut it and compromise player performance, comfort, and health. We felt that needed to change.
Our standard insole has a low arch profile, and it’s received positive reviews from flat footed and high arched players alike. If you’ve never worn an insole before, a low profile insole is a great place to start.
Our insoles are designed to be played in right away. In our wear testing with over 200 players, the reviews were only positive. The consensus was “game changer!”
